So you want to generate more leads consistently from social media? Do the 7 things in this blog continuously and inspire those ideal clients of yours to eventually invest in your biz.
But how do you create an epic online experience for them so that they wanna stick around with you til the very end (the sale!)?
Continue reading below and start to convert clients soon!

1. Have an Instagram feed that stands out with consistent branding
There is no way around this - IG users will check out your feed first thing when coming across your content. These are the mili seconds where they decide: Do I like their vibe? And with that, you have literally mili seconds to make them stick around for more and hit *follow* to get more of your content. You’re not gonna go to a first date in your Pyjamas, so make sure your first impression on socials represents your vibe as much as your style would when meeting someone the first time. Think of consistent colours and fonts, as well as coherent visuals.
2. Have high-quality visual content

Similar to the above, anyone is more likely to engage with higher quality visual content rather
than lower, it just gives *professional* vibes. So even if you didn't go to videography school - give your content a facelift by using stock imagery that LOOKS GOOD and is also FREE! Our favourite sources for free stock photos and videos are: unsplash, pexels and canva.
TIP: Investing in professional branding photos that you can use on your website as well as on your socials will pay off in the long run. High quality gives the vibe that you’re legit! And people want to buy from businesses that are, you guessed it, legit.
3. Have consistent brand messaging that differentiates you from competitors
Less is more! When someone, yes including your IDEAL CLIENT, comes across your profile, they should know within 3 seconds what you’re about. If they can’t tell, well they may be off to the next one. They should understand what you stand for via your core messaging, which represents your why, and that one message you could see yourself screaming from the rooftops, given the opportunity ;).
TIP: If you’re unclear on your brand’s message, begin by answering this question: If you had the opportunity to stand in front of 500 people or more and you could only share one short statement as to what your mission is, what would you say?
4. Make sure content showcases storytelling and relatability
Storytelling is the art of creating an experience through visuals, words, or other sensory matters that resonate deeply with a potential client's inner world. By talking about what you do in an emotional way that showcases what they feel or where they want to be, you build trust and liking and they will want to hear more from you! Potential customers feel seen and understood which ultimately creates a connection to you and your brand. And connection creates the potential for sales.
TIP: Popular ways to employ storytelling in social media content are: personal shares on your transformation or life in general, customer stories, visuals, quotes, and even metaphors in captions can be used for storytelling!
5. Offer a variety of formats used in your content, carousels, reels, graphics, etc
Uhhm our attention spans aren’t the best these days as we know, so having a variety of content to keep your followers and potential clients entertained is KEY to attract them to your biz through Instagram. Plus - the algorithm likes it, too ;)
6. Have a consistent posting schedule and stick to it
Have you ever gone to the gym for a month, then stopped for 2 months, then went again for 2 weeks and seen consistent results? Yes, us neither… The same goes for your IG account. Do not expect to go MIA and your existing content doing the work for you, this is NOT how Instagram works, if you wanna play the game, you gotta stay relevant.
Even more importantly be RELIABLE to your followers! Do you enjoy someone being hot and cold in relationships? Hmm, it wouldn't really make you trust a person, right? TRUST is your greatest friend though when it comes to converting followers into customers/clients. This is why you want to stay consistent, so they know what they can expect from you.
Once creating content regularly becomes a habit, it’s way easier to stick to a schedule so work on your mindset here.
7. Make time to engage and nurture relationships with followers and ideal clients
It’s simple: people buy from people. We are wired for connection, even more so in a world of constant overstimulation and an excessive amount of choices every day. It is RELIEF to your followers to know you as their number 1 source for x (whatever it is that you do). So, nurturing these relationships with real people does not only give you amazing insight into what they like and who they are, but IT ALSO brings them closer to you and makes their decision easier when in need of a future service that you offer (choosing YOU!)
All the above being said, Instagram IS great to attract clients but it shouldn't be the ONLY way to make some cash in your biz.
It also takes:
🤍Clear & strategic offering funnels
🤍A clear vision of your goals
🤍The belief that it's possible
🤍Accountability in showing up
🤍PATIENCE
