Take time to channel your ideas and thoughts in a journal instead of a computer while listening to meditation music.
The sounds and vibrations will automatically ground you into your subconscious and into a more relaxed place, enabling you to write more freely and authentically.

Have a daily grounding practice (like meditation or nature walks) to support your connection to yourself.
Taking time to be still with your thoughts consistently is making it possible for you to channel your best ideas, coming from a deep place within you. You need to allow your mind to slow down to receive messages and insights naturally!

When you scroll for ideas, pay attention to how you feel or your body reacts when you come across a post that you love.
Ask yourself: Why did I feel connected to this particular post? What made me stop scrolling and engage?
Pay more attention to what makes YOU engage with other people's content so you understand what works to draw in the audience and touch them deeply.
FOUR
Ask the universe or your guides for signs and support! They are always looking to bring you forward, but you do need to ask and open your eyes to their assistance.
Signs are a great way to feel reassured with your ideas (and what you feel matters to your audience) being on the right track. Signs can be subtle (e.g. music, animals, numbers,..), so if you think it's a sign, it most likely is!!
