START HERE: With doing things differently...
The best thing you can do is to try something different, even if it is in a small way.
There is truly nothing worse than forcing yourself to come up with ideas and content because not only will that…👇🏻
—> not give you the results you’re looking for
—> possibly come across as inauthentic to your audience
—> make you feel like creating content is a waste of time

But for now, on with the strategies to spice up your creativity when you're in the dumps...
1. Take a Break!

Sometimes, the best way to get out of a creative rut is to step away!
Go for a walk, or engage in a different activity that you enjoy doing. The more you try to sit and force ideas, the more likely you'll end up creating content that doesn't feel totally authentic.
Disconnect to reconnect! This can be all you need to come back with a fresh set of eyes.
2. Change your environment

If you've been working in the same environment for a while, a change of scenery can help stimulate your creativity again!
Try working in a different location (even if it's a different room in your house) or going outside your normal environment like a coffee shop, a coworking space, etc.
3. Seek Silence

Walk away from NOISE and make time for peace and quiet.
Sometimes the external noise of social media, tv, and music can be super distracting from our thoughts, inner world, and thus creativity.
Making time to be alone with your mind so you can connect within is how you're going to channel content and creativity that feels authentic.
4. Set New Goals

If you've been in a creative slump for months now, it may be time to set new goals! Reconnecting to our purpose and our "why" can bring back that spark of inspiration you once had.
When you create new goals that you feel excited about, you naturally gain more inspiration, and the creativity will therefore flow much easier!
If you're not sure how to go about doing this - reach out to someone that can support you, like a life coach, business mentor, or therapist!
5. Collaborate

Collaborating with other creators or experts in your field can help you gain new insights and perspectives, and can lead to fresh ideas and approaches.
The more you connect and learn from others, the more inspiration you'll gain!
Collaboration over Competition!
6. Experiment

Be open to trying something new! Either within your business or your content.
Sometimes we get stuck in our ways and don't realize it's time for newness!
Experiment with different formats, styles, or topics to see what works best for you and your audience. Trial and error, baby!
Don't be afraid to take risks and push yourself outside of your comfort zone.
